I tend to daydream a lot. But it is fascinating because I also love the reality I am in. I guess that is why I get so angry, and sad all the time, because I so passionately love life.
Economics and English major from Rutgers University with minors in Psychology and American studies. …which landed me a job as a personal trainer, entrepreneur, and influencer in the fitness industry? Student of the world, with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. THE BRAIN IS SO COOL! Fascinated by neuroplasticity, and nootropics. They told me I had ADHD and Depression, I told them to go fuck themselves. I work out my brain and my muscles every day and watch them grow. As far as this whole #FitFam thing is concerned, I am a competitive bodybuilder. I am a fitness model. Former D1 Athlete. Gym badminton legend. I do not like all those labels though, college graduate, d1 athlete, bodybuilder, etc… I’m just Neal and the only label I really like is #DreamerOfTheDay. Dream with those eyes open people.
